2006:  Ron and Ellen Sayers - For their steadfast commitment to the beautification and economic viability of Historic Smyrna Delaware's Business District through their business and personal initiatives and resources.

2006:  Duck Creek Horticultural Society - For their many projects over the years to beautify Historic Smyrna, Delaware and most recently for their very successful Spring Garden Tour and Tea which attracted visitors to the historic downtown and their plans for a Shakespeare Garden at the Smyrna Opera House.
